The house and shopfront were built in the early 40’s; the house has charming Art Deco features including leadlight windows, cornices and ceiling roses. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is a wheelchair accessible house that has been recently renovated to provide a comfortable and modern living space for long and short term Artist Residency accommodation. The kitchen has a large oven, 6 burner gas hob and a dishwasher, the laundry is equipped with washing machine and clothes dryer. The house adjoins the gallery space with vehicle access via a laneway at the rear of the property.

There is a north facing, light filled studio space in the house and a studio/workroom at the rear of the gallery. There is a raised timber deck and barbecue area with a fire pit for use in winter. This area could also be used as an outdoor performance stage.
