Surrounded by kilometres of native forest on all sides, and with views overlooking a large dam with a long timber jetty.
With the Bibbulmun Track just a short walk into the forest, the track will take you into Dwellingup town just 7km away (roughly an hour and a half walk). In the hot and dry summer, the dam becomes the perfect place to cool off.
Moniques studio and workshop is the perfect space to hold artist workshops, with its amenities, generous space and views across the dam, fields and hills beyond.
Large outdoor installations and ephemeral environmental/land art would be perfect on this large property. With fields of long dry grass in late spring, this is the perfect resource for woven sculpture or mown patterns. These works can come alive with kinetic energy as the wind sweeps across the heavy seed heads. To the east of the property is a steeper west facing hill, the perfect site for forms of land art, with its high visibility, and backdrop of the native forest.
